Returns Policy and Process
If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be returned within 14 days in original unused condition and supplied with a proof of purchase receipt.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify of the approval or refusal of your exchange or refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via PayPal. Please note that refunds via PayPal can take upto 30 days to clear and are subject to PayPal regulations.
Postage and Packaging charges from the original invoice will not be refunded unless items are returned due to being faulty or an error on our part.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:
All items for sale on our website are from top quality makers and we thoroughly check all orders for faults, damages and correctness prior to dispatch.
However, should your goods be faulty or damaged on receipt or your order is wrong or incomplete please let us know as soon as possible and we will rectify the situation, either by offering a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to change our returns policy at anytime without prior notice.
Before sending back any goods please notify us of your return request via email and include your original order number at: email@example.com.
We will reply giving you a returns authorisation number and returns address.
If the return is due to a possible fault, we may ask to receive photos first of the particular issue in order to help speed up the process.
Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping and costs, not us. Therefore, we advise that you package the goods sufficiently to avoid damages in transit and use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance.
